Pharma Surge ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Pharma Surge mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Account Information: We collect the information required to create and secure your account, such as your email address and authentication credentials. Authentication credentials may include a password hash or Sign in with Apple identifiers. We do not store passwords in plain text.
Subscription Information: If you subscribe to Pharma Surge Pro, payment processing is handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive or store your payment card information. We receive subscription status, transaction confirmation, and anonymized subscription identifiers from RevenueCat, our subscription management provider.
Push and Background Sync Information: To support content update delivery and background synchronization, we may collect and process a device push token, an installation identifier, and the app language currently selected on your device. If you are signed in, we may associate this device registration with your account so the correct subscription and sync state can be applied.
Service Email Information: When needed for account verification, password reset, or essential service notices, we process your email address and the email content required to deliver those messages.
What We Do Not Collect: We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, microphone data, health data, advertising identifiers, or cross-app behavioral tracking data.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share limited information only with service providers required to operate the App:
Pharma Surge does not use advertising SDKs and does not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies. We do not use Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Your data is stored on secure servers. We use HTTPS/TLS encryption for data transmission. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Access to account and subscription data is restricted to authorized systems and personnel only. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or to comply with legal obligations.

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.
The App may open third-party pharmaceutical news sources, company sites, regulators, and public-health organizations. Those websites are governed by their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version in the App and on our website and revise the "Last updated" date when changes take effect.
